The Somerset has a beautiful courtyard, 24/7 concierge, new gym and is one of the only full service buildings in Boston to have its own private pool, exclusive for the residents. Some units include garage parking which is attached to the building. Although units at The Somerset rarely become available, they tend to be priced reasonably compared to other luxury full service developments in Boston.
